My apologies for posting late but yesterday was a bit of a crazy day. I worked way past my usual time and (the very most important part) it was my twins' birthday!!! They are official teenagers at a whopping 13. HAPPY BIRTHDAY boys!
 
So with out further craziness my pin this week is spectacular! Not a craft to recreate but ultra gorgeous, beautiful, and just amazing.

Its Friday!!

Time for MY favorite pin that I found this week. This pin is shabby, sweet, cute and a great way to use up fabric scraps.

 

I love these cute little....cushions? Pillows? Who cares they are super sweet! You can make them using fabric scraps or handkerchiefs. Who ever created these are so crafty smart!

Hey Y'all!
Its been awhile but hoping to be able to get back on track! I have been super busy with my cleaning company, Anyway here is my pick for my favorite pin. I chose this because I see wine bottle holders all the time at thrift shops so it is an easy yet original way to organize some of that wrapping paper you have laying around!

 

 



 Isn't it just a fantastic idea?! You could even spray paint the wine rack to match your décor! So start keeping your eyes open when thrifting!

And Facebook never made my heart skip, but Pinterest was like the very first time I fell in love. Ok, ok so I'm being slightly melodramatic. What I really am is ADDICTED! What I'm Doing This Weekend

     Ah the weekend is finally here and while I don't have to work this weekend, I am planning to work this weekend. That is to say that I am going to spend some time organizing and decorating my office which I have had for 3 months now and it still looks well like an office. That is NOT what I want. I want a cozy, creative, casual space and boy do I have plenty of ideas of how I'm going to make it that way. My Pinterest account is chock full of ideas, concepts, and DYI's so this weekend I plan on implementing some of those thoughts into action and use them in my new office space.

Happy Birthday America!

As another birthday rolls around for our great nation I am wondering how everyone plans on celebrating. As for me, well it is one of those things that I take on a day by day, moment by moment basis. I don't make specific plans but rather more general ones. More like an outline of what I might do. This year some of my family members are planning to come and visit for the long weekend, the problem with making detailed plans is I don't actually know if they will come and who is coming. With that in mind my basic plan is to 1. buy alcoholic beverages 2. buy lots of things to grill and nosh on and 3. wait and see who actually shows up! I have a swimming pool so keeping the kids busy is taken care of and with the booze in mind I have managed to keep the adults entertained as well.
